My mum, June, visited Cavendish Dental Care for several appointments she found the staff very friendly, put her at ease, explained the procedure at length so she understood. They were very caring, patient and considerate. Overall the services she has experienced were excellent.
I rang up for an emergency appointment, I didn’t have an NHS dentist and had chronic pain. They got me in no problem. The team at Cavendish are ALL so friendly, welcoming, friendly, chatty. Madeline especially really put me at ease as I was terrified. OUTSTANDING PRACTICE!!
This is the best dentist I have ever used, from reception to the treatment chair, my dentist is a lovely lady called Hannah, i suffer with gum disease and whilst on the treatment chair she explained what I had and how she was going to treat it, she also gave me lots of information on how I can care better for my own teeth at home, yesterday I had my teeth cleaned by a hygienist named Umara, again explained everything she was doing and gave me very good advice about oral hygiene. Reception staff welcoming but not so amused with having to input details on a device, that is why you have a receptionist, so not a good idea. My dentist explained options for my treatment with me which was informative to come a conclusion of my treatment. Would have gave five star but if not for the input details into a device.
