Alpha Dental Care Ashgate

As a long standing NHS patient of Ashgate Dental care , originally at the Ridgeway practice in Sheffield, and now, having retired , at Ashgate I have no hesitation in commending the doctors, and staff for the excellent, professional and friendly treatment I have received over the years. Thank you for taking care of my 92 year old teeth. I may be a little early in but would like to extend the forthcoming Christmas seasons greeting to everyone .

I haven't been attending very long but I did ysed to get anxious in new surroundings, not here the staff especially the receptionist Rebecca made me feel at ease & very friendly nature a lovely girl we chatted away. The hygienist Nicola is very attentive & cares about us especially during my appointment asking to give a hands up if she's hurting etc very good service I would recommend 👍 👌

I had my first appointment today with alpha dental care. I’m a nervous person around dentists. But I had no worries from the get go - I could hear the practitioners behind the desk laughing and it set the environment, when I went in to the appointment I was greeted with a warm smile and a welcoming “how are you?”. Through the appointment the dentist got to know my history and asked about everything, she even asked about how to reassure me and made me feel seen and heard when it came to silly little questions about my health as well as how to support me through the appointment. I was in severe pain and I was seen within the hour by Victor Yu. Now that's what I call service. The receptionists are friendly and eager to help where they can. My dentist was a very thorough young man who put me at my ease straight way. He was informative znx professional,explaining everything he was doing as he must have guessed I was anxious. He was gentle in all procedures and explained each step and very respectful of my flaying arms. Mr Yu was not my normal dentist but is still someone who is an assett to this practice. His patients are very lucky to have him.
