I simply cannot recommend the Alexandra hospital highly enough. I was scared to have surgery although felt I needed it for many years due to back pain and cosmetic reasons which caused me to lack confidence for many years. I don’t know where to begin with this review. I attended to see Dr Helena for a BA procedure and the results have exceeded my expectations. Extremely knowledgeable and very honest within consultation. Day of procedures the medical team were lovely and informative with next steps. Diane, I haven’t got enough words she is an absolute asset to the hospital and nothing is ever too much. She is an absolute diamond. I had surgery 2 weeks ago at Alexandra. I can only say the experience was second to none. Everything ran to plan, from Catrina who liaised with me by telephone and greeted me on arrival. Dr Davide who performed my op, which I am exceptionally pleased with, it couldn’t have gone better. The anaesthetist, my apologies I cannot remember your name. Diane the nurse who did my pre-op and post op care. Then not forgetting the ward staff, manager who introduced himself and and presented me with chocolates. I shall recommend this hospital as everyone was so friendly and put you at ease . Thank you
