Fantastic service at All Smiles. I contacted the clinic at 9.30am on 08/04/25 with a particular issue that needed attention in due course but certainly no medical emergency. Phone answered immediately and I was asked if I could attend the clinic at 12.25pm that same day. Got to Chester Le Street early and received a further call from All Smiles asking if I was able to attend even earlier if I was available. In short I received excellent treatment by 12.15 that same day by Dentist Mr Mason. All Smiles by name -All Smiles by nature 👍

As a woman of a certain age, I must confess that I dislike visiting the dentist, although I know it's unnecessary given the advancements in dental care since the 1950s and 60s. My sensitive throat makes even the dental suction trigger coughing fits, which increases my anxiety about causing embarrassment or inconvenience to my dental professional. I must commend the wonderful professional (whose name I unfortunately don't know) who performed my cleaning and filling today. Her care and attentiveness greatly eased my anxieties, as did the assistance with the dental suction. Thank you, All S…
