Rang at 9.05am, 14/1/26, with agonising pain. Got an appointment for 11am. For approximately 2 years, I'd suffered on and off with toothache, but this time it had been 'off the scale' for 2 days! I was put in the care of Kamal and Eve, who were absolutely brilliant. I had an xray which showed tooth decay. Kamal decided the best action was to take it out! They both kept me calm, both talking/explaining what was about to happen. I felt so comfortable with them. Two injections weren't quite enough so a third was given. Kamal was telling me how "great I was doing", and reassuring me it would be…
Visited the dentist for a small filling and clean. reception (Alison & Heather) were as polite as ever. Then I met Scarlett for my treatment. She could not have been more polite, caring, and very professional. Well done Pelton Bupa dental care.
First visit to dentist for my two little boys. Very positive experience and Amar and Kim were fantastic and ensured children were talked through the process making there visit very relaxed. They are an asset to Bupa. Thank you 😊
Absolutely deserves the 5 stars! I was in today for a tooth extraction , right from walking in you are welcomed with the settling kindness and confidence of the reception staff. Let's start with the dreaded ' sharp scratch'. I have blood taken regularly so I'm kind of used to it ,but I can honestly say this was by far the gentlest experience of an injection ive ever had . My tooth extraction wasn't straight forward as my tooth had split and decayed. The dentist was professional, caring , and even funny which helped settle any nerves.
