Rang at 9.05am, 14/1/26, with agonising pain. Got an appointment for 11am. For approximately 2 years, I'd suffered on and off with toothache, but this time it had been 'off the scale' for 2 days! I was put in the care of Kamal and Eve, who were absolutely brilliant. I had an xray which showed tooth decay. Kamal decided the best action was to take it out! They both kept me calm, both talking/explaining what was about to happen. I felt so comfortable with them. Two injections weren't quite enough so a third was given. Visited the dentist for a small filling and clean. reception (Alison & Heather) were as polite as ever. Then I met Scarlett for my treatment. She could not have been more polite, caring, and very professional. Well done Pelton Bupa dental care.

Absolutely deserves the 5 stars! I was in today for a tooth extraction , right from walking in you are welcomed with the settling kindness and confidence of the reception staff. Let's start with the dreaded ' sharp scratch'. I have blood taken regularly so I'm kind of used to it ,but I can honestly say this was by far the gentlest experience of an injection ive ever had . My tooth extraction wasn't straight forward as my tooth had split and decayed. The dentist was professional, caring , and even funny which helped settle any nerves.
