This dental practice is by far the most professional caring dentist i have visited and i have had many due to fear of dentists and the way they have the ability to make a patient feel just like a number not acknowledging any fear or pain associated with visiting a dentist. I have been with this practice for over 10 years with no problems whatsoever however recently and I believe with new practice management things have gone severely downhill. Having requested a filling (that had fallen out) be replaced and specifying that I didn’t need an emergency appointment I was given an appointment where I was charged as emergency and then requested to come back which I did for the filling. This cost me over £100 for the two appointments instead of the £75 for the filling. I was told by their receptionist that the first appointment charge would be taken off the second bu…
