I had my first visit to The Dental Lounge for an initial check-up and to be fitted for whitening trays. The reception team was very welcoming, and I was seen promptly by Adrian and Heather. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel completely at ease. Adrian took the time to explain each step clearly and reassured me that my overall dental health was in good condition. I could not have been made to feel more comfortable by Adrian, Heather, Leila and Leanne. I’m quite nervous about the dentist but I was immediately put at ease. They were super calm, professional and friendly. They explained everything carefully and I felt safe and secure the entire time. Thank you all so much (and to the lovely Jacob, who put up with my waffling!). Going to the dentist is no longer a trial for me! Thank you again for such stellar service.
