Dr. Chan is absolutely incredible! From the moment I walked into the patient room. The staff were friendly and welcoming, but Dr. Chan truly shines. He is not only an exceptional dentist but also a caring and compassionate professional who takes the time to explain everything. Dr Chan's expertise, attention to detail, and gentle touch make him the best dentist I've ever had. Never had any problems, dentists all very professional and friendly. My two special needs children also find it ok here , building a little basic and bare and could use some colour to make it more inviting, all in all we are happy with our dentist parking is a bit tricky around there though

I have been a patient at this practice for over 10 years. They are always friendly and helpful on the reception. Appointments are easy to book and rarely overrun. My dentist (Dr Nath) is very friendly and puts you at ease, explaining all procedures before undertaking them. Unlike my previous dentist he doesn’t give treatment unless it is necessary. The facilities are always clean: accessibility could be better with closer parking but it’s not really an issue for me. Another brilliant visit by everyone at Luton Arches. Split my tooth on some Rascalls over the weekend so naturally first thing Monday had to call my dentist to book an appointment. Enter Bella fabulous telephone manner and superb customer service. Bella booked me in to see the Amazing Dr Chen on Monday afternoon. As always Dr Chen was very informative and attentive always a pleasure to see him and all at Luton Arches dental practice.
