Great team, inside was really nice, nice chairs and rugs. Easy and plenty of parking outside too. Had a tooth extraction today and as I’m a very anxious person anyway they made me feel completely calm and at ease and took it at my own pace, I really appreciate that, wouldn’t want to go anywhere else to be honest. Thank you old oak dental team!
I am terrified of dentists since I had very bad experiences as a child. I am now 68 and still scared. I had my first appointment last week and the 2 young women really looked after me. Taking their time and explaining everything. My next appointment is today, am nervous but not as scared as I was thanks to old oak.

I was referred to this dentist as an emergency appointment after another local dentist closed my NHS placement due to converting entirely to a private practice. They took the appointment, advised of the work needed and devised a payment plan. The initial dentist who arranged this, provided a safe and direct approach, explaining costs and carrying work to a high degree. Subsequently this work was passed over to another dentist, This dentist openly informed me that she was not able to undertake the work and would seek guidance from another dentist. This continued for multiple appointments. …
