Since joining Hayden DP, I have had only positive experiences with Nadia and the entire team. Nadia was knowledgeable, calm, and very reassuring throughout my appointment. She explained everything clearly and somehow managed to make a trip to the dentist feel surprisingly relaxed, which is no small achievement! A special thank you to Sue, who was incredibly thorough and gentle during my hygiene appointment. I’m very grateful for the excellent care from everyone at the practice and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist they can trust.
I had a really positive experience with Nadia at Hayden Dental. She was very friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. Everything was explained clearly and the treatment was handled with great care. The whole team was welcoming and the practice felt clean and well organised. I can honestly say that they are amazing! For someone who had a very traumatic experience with a dental practice in Carmarthen and had panic attacks even thinking about going again. My daughter persuaded me to go to Hayden Dental as she is a patient there. My firsts appointment I came out after hugging the dentist and crying like a baby because it was such an achievement for me personally. I was treated compassionately and their understanding of my anxiety was amazing I would recommend this practice to everyone absolutely life changing for me.
Cerys was kind, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. She explained everything clearly and was very gentle throughout my appointment. A really positive experience every time! Highly recommend.
