Brynteg Dental Practice

I would not use this Dentist again. I was informed that this Dentist was going Private. Myself and my family have had several cancellations on occasions it’s been a few months in advance before we can see a Dentist because we were under the NHS. The Reception don’t answer the phone when you call. Personally me and my family don’t think the Reception team are that friendly. I had on going Treatment but they now can’t continue under the NHS. Having been a patient at Brynteg Dental Practice, Carmarthen for 16 years, the treatment I have received has been second to none. The staff are pleasant and accommodating and Dr Nelson Kernahan explains in detail what the treatment involves. I would highly recommend this practice.

I’ve had several appointments at Brynteg Dental and I have to say that Viswa Sampath is amazing. She is so friendly, gentle and really puts you at ease. I struggle with anxiety, but Viswa always checks in, explains everything and makes sure I’m comfortable throughout. She goes above and beyond every time and genuinely cares. The practice is well run and the reception team are helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you want excellent treatment and someone who truly understands, I highly recommend Viswa and Brynteg Dental Practice.

Everything went smoothly on my first visit as a private patient. Back to my original dentist which was great. On time and everything explained to me. A print off was given showing the amount that was to be charged. My only observation is that the stairs could do with an upgrade, ie painted or cleaned more often.
