Absolutely no urgency or hospitality towards emergencies unfortunately. Took WEEKS to get appointments and xrays alone, thats without the proper appointment to get my father’s teeth removed as it was causing him terrible headaches and it was painful for him to eat. Additionally, when given a referral, wrote the date of birth wrong and had to wait until a weekend had passed to get it sorted if I hadn’t walked in and emphasised his urgency. When he’d had enough, he went to another dentist, and got an appointment to get his teeth removed all in the same day, which is just ridiculous.

They did not seem to make any effort at all to try and sort it out that same day…instead they suggested to book another appointment which was not ideal for my Dad’s state. They only decided to correct the error after my sister went back in to make a complaint. They even gave the incorrect request for another patient with all their details which is breaching patient confidentiality. They made the process seem a lot mo…

Maria my dentist has only every been excellent in every way - what a wonderful person and I've only ever received the very best care and treatments from her. It does take a while to get an appointment and it's a BIG challenge to get through on the phone, or get a response to repeat prescription emails, but I'm sure they are working hard to bring down the wait and always try to deal with emergency pain appointments quickly.
