I’ve had a brilliant experience at Burgate Dental Practice. The staff are friendly and reassuring, and the hygienist and all the dental work was painless. Any anxiety I used to have about visiting the dentist has completely gone. I can now eat without tooth pain for the first time in years, which feels amazing. I can thoroughly recommend Ioannis and the whole team.
Fantastic staff and dentists. Well worth every penny. They have fantastic equipment and modern techniques that make the experience a lot easier.
WORST EVER EXPERIENCE at Burgate dental practice. From the moment I arrived, the staff were not welcoming or friendly. I saw Dr. Zeynab Al Shabib, who initially assured me that no extractions would be necessary and talked me through a suitable treatment plan. However, at the second appointment, she changed her advice and said I needed to have my impacted third molars extracted, which was a complicated case. This change of mind left me feeling misled about the treatment plan. The receptionist, Bethanie, was also quite rude and dismissive, and at times we felt discriminated by her attitude an…
