My daughter is an extremely nervous patient and once I explained this to Zara, the Practice Manager, she really went above and beyond to support and help her. We cannot recommend this practice enough. All the staff are really lovely and friendly. Thank you for all your help so far.

I've felt forced to leave one star as at least the orthodontist who saw my daughter was pleasant and professional enough. I am going private as my daughters mother passed away and the estate is able to cover the private costs. The orthodontist said that a price for the various options would be sent to me, this was affirmed at reception upon leaving the surgery after the consultaion on 10th Oct. I am very disappointed in the service here. I have been calling consistently with the same inquiry, I’m always being told we’ll look into it or we’ll have it sent to you in a few and that never happens. I have been following up for 3 months now and it’s ridiculous now. Not to mention reception rarely answers the phone. Furthermore, it is very hard to get an appointment hence now forcing me to stay with braces for a longer period since there is no progress.

Just can't say any better. Here's the story: while on holiday in Kent from Italy, my 12yo daughter had her fixed braces displaced on a Friday morning, hurting her pretty badly. I called no less than 5 different dentist in several towns, finding no availability despite everyone being polite, indeed. Last try, Portman in Canterbury, as it was a bit further away from where we were. They understood the urgency and were able to find a slot for her the very same day.
