All the staff there a friendly and helpful. I've hardly ever been able to see the same doctor twice, but, surprisingly, that hasn't mattered. They've all been polite, attentive and very helpful. I've been able to get appointments when I've needed them, and the new e-consult system means that everyone who needs an appointment will get one. I have absolutely no complaints!
The worst Gp practice I have ever been registered with. Can never get an appointment.Have to wait at least 4 weeks to book a gp appointment 8 days for a nurse practitioner bookable appointment. They tell you to phone on the day by the time you get through all of the appointments are gone. They have stopped the walk in service so you have absolutely no options if you are suddenly unwell. The most annoying thing is the receptionist appears to actually enjoy telling you repeatedly that you can have an appointment in December when it’s only the 8th of november.
Has really gone downhill. My wife has a gallbladder problem and is in a lot of pain. The most we can get is a phone call from a GP. We’ve had to pay for our own scan and now we’re going to A&E. They don’t have any resources and don’t have the expertise to deal with very much. It’s a bit desperate.
Poor! Made an appointment arrived 5 minutes early confirmed my arrival at reception then sat for an hour watching 30 people arrive and go straight in ahead of me. Spoke to reception again who said I was in the queue but really had just added me because they had forgotten when I first arrived then sat for a further half an hour watching more people arrive for their appointments and go straight in ahead of me before I had to go. Will now be in pain over the weekend till I can get another appointment in between work the next week. No apology no “sorry we made a mistake we’ll get you in as soon…
