Chase Dental Practice

My mother Margaret saw Dr Shalini recently. She’s a real nervous patient, but Dr Shalini put her at ease and she felt comfortable immediately. She was extremely happy with her professionalism and the work that was carried out. The practice is well run, clean and has a calm friendly atmosphere. Outstanding practice.

I booked an emergency NHS appointment and received a fantastic treatment for my husband. It was an amazing and satisfying experience. Dental surgeon Shalini Balachandhar was highly professional and she knew exactly what she was doing. She had clear plan and she follows the ethics of a dentist. She tried really hard to restore my husband’s tooth though the filling process, though it was too hard because of the position of the wisdom tooth. I appreciate her dedication. Really annoying this morning, my son waited over 45 minutes for his appointment, with no explanation as to why they were running late. We were about to tell the receptionist we had to go as he had to be at work when they called my son for his appointment. He was back in reception within 5 minutes. That included him going up and down the stairs !!! I know she was running behind and had to catch up for the other patients but how could she have checked his teeth properly within that time? Feel like I’ve just wasted £27.50 😡

I am a very nervous patient. Always scarred of dentist. I had 2 teeth filled a few days ago. Dr Shalini Balachander and her nurse were absolutely amazing. A pain-free and comfortable experience. I’m so very grateful. I would highly recommend this dental practice👍
