I’ve recently joined Cannock Dental Care as an NHS patient and had a good experience. The reception team were friendly and helpful, which made everything feel straightforward from the start. My dentist; Pavan explained things clearly and talked me through the treatment plan without making me feel rushed. Overall, a comfortable visit and I felt well looked after.

Dannii Turner ★★★★★

All of the team were friendly and informative. They sorted my teeth out and gave me details on how to brush my teeth correctly. They also advised different sized brushes for flossing and recommended a better toothbrush as I only have one working arm. Thankyou! : ]

Marie Sutton ★★★☆☆

Service was fine. As in the physical examination. Cannot fault the attention. Just couldn't help thinking that maybe the staff could talk to you and look you in the eye. Really appreciate being told by the back of a dentist head. "Yes all is fine" then at reception. The computer is talked to rather than the client and a mere tap on ghe card machine to say pay here. No words. Politeness and manners cost nothing.

The moment I told the dentist he stopped and administered more numbing. Didn’t gaslight me or say ‘let’s see how it goes’ honestly felt like I was listened to treated like a human being. My daughter has also had an appointment here (she’s 2) she had chipped her two front tee…
