Williamson Dental

I recently had my third visit to the practice, and the first requiring any treatment - I had a slightly complicated filling done by Mr Williamson. He was very clear and helpful in explaining exactly why it was needed, what the procedure would be like, and the procedure itself went smoothly and painlessly. The whole practice has a very friendly atmosphere, warm and professional. I felt in good hands. The surgery itself is light and bright, which is nice.

I have been very impressed indeed with the service and treatment that I have received at the Williamson Dental practice. Receptionist Danielle is always welcoming, helpful and efficient. Doug himself, ably supported by the dental nurses, takes time to explain the problem that needs to be tackled and the treatment options with their pros and cons, giving plenty to time for decision-making. The treatment plans are clear and accurately costed. So far, the outcomes of root-canal work, extractions and implants have been successful and the follow-up care very thorough. Highly recommended.

I’m lucky I seem to have good teeth so I rarely have to endure any scary procedures, but a visit to Williamson Dental is always a pleasure. The general atmosphere is sunny and friendly. Daniella, the receptionist would cheer anyone up. Then through to the surgery where one is greeted by smiles from Doug Williamson and his nurse. There is never any attempt to persuade one to have more treatment than is needed. Everything is clean and modern and well ordered. A very good practice. Highly recommended.

5-STAR SERVICE I normally do not have a dentist in the UK, as I often travel to Spain and have my regular dentist there. Recently, I had an implant done in Spain, but unfortunately, it became loose. I contacted this practice about the issue, and Dr Douglas kindly agreed to see me at very short notice, understanding the urgency of the situation. From start to finish, he was outstanding.
