I have been a patient at this practice for over 10 years and have always been happy. But my latest experience is worth mentioning. I have always had a huge phobia of dentists due to childhood trauma and I have certainly not been an easy patient, although always been told otherwise by the extremely kind staff @ Burnside. There’s such a friendly and relaxed atmosphere the second you walk through. Always a very warm welcome and bags of compassion. Recently I had to have my first tooth extraction of a cracked infected tooth, that was apparently not easy but I didn’t find out until a week later.…
Everybody at this practise is so lovely, really make you feel at ease, can’t recommend Mary and Samantha enough for being informative whilst reassuring and I always leave feeling positive about my experience!
Moved and hadn't changed dentist so came to Burnside on recommendation. A simply lovely experience, new patient checks were very thorough and identified an issue my previous dentist hadn't. Thoroughly professional and recommended.
I have been a patient at Burnside for around 3-4 years and the service and care has been outstanding throughout. I am a nervous patient but the dentists, hygienists and dental nurses have always been so gentle and understanding - I would not go anywhere else for my dental care. Paulo in particular was fantastic during a recent wisdom tooth extraction - thank you to everyone at Burnside for the great dental care.
