Some people make such a difference through their work that they don't just brighten your day, they truly improve your life. Thank you for your kindness and for being that person for us. We recently joined as NHS patients and Dr Butala is fantastic. We found her to be kind and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend.
The practice is very busy, charges high prices, and has long appointment times. The receptionist seemed brusque, urging me to book an appointment far in the future and unable to send an invoice; I had to call back to obtain it. In contrast, the dentist was much more helpful. He offered several valuable tips and outlined a reasonable treatment plan.
Miss Aml Amish is the best hygienist I have ever had. She is kind, gentle, adjusting the amount of water for me on my sensitive teeth. Does not cause undue pain and discomfort. She is the best.
