⭐ 1 Star – 15 Years of Loyalty Meant Absolutely Nothing After 15 years as patients at this practice, we are shocked to be treated like this. We have now cancelled and will be going elsewhere. Over the past few months, they cancelled our appointment three times in a row. Three times. Each time we rearranged our schedules to accommodate them. The appointment we missed was the alternative date given after being messed around repeatedly. After so many changes and cancellations from their side, we got confused about the actual date. Absolutely wonderful care and wonderful Doctor- Amie - Dentist and Ami’s assistant, sorry I don’t remember her name . What I loved the most that Amie’s care was excellent. Amie wasn’t thinking just about Hygiene 🪥 She was caring about my teeth totally ( implants), if gum could be effected from implants. At the time Amie wanted to get hold with my previous dentist. She is excellent 👍 Thank you sooooooo much again for your service and I am looking forward seeing you in a few months again 😁👍

I’ve been to this practice before, but my recent hygienist appointment with Ina Serpetyte was by far the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Ina is incredibly thorough, gentle, and clearly skilled at what she does. My teeth have never felt cleaner. The entire team is fabulous, welcoming, helpful, and genuinely caring from start to finish. I always feel looked after here. I can honestly say I’ll never go anywhere else. Outstanding service. Highly recommended.

Have been seeing Ina, the Hygienist, for a few years now and have always found her and all the other staff members to be friendly, professional and courteous. I receive text reminders leading up to the appointment which is also very helpful. Overall, I have had no issues with the dental practice and expect to continue with them. Happy New Year to them all 🙂
