Being a very anxious person, the dentist is that last place I like to visit, however Emily is amazing, she is so very kind and understanding and didnt make my appointment feel rushed as I had to have an extraction. She explained everything and took the appointment slowly reassuring me throughout. Her assistant was also lovely and caring. They both deserve crowns and to be noticed for their kindness. Thank you to you both and I wont feel so anxious everytime now. Thank you

I had a really great experience with my dentist, Emily. She was incredibly kind, gentle, and professional while doing my filling. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time, which really put me at ease. The procedure was smooth and pain-free, and I’m very happy with the result. Emily did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received.

I highly recommend Dr Nikolaos Christidis, especially for anyone with periodontal concerns. He is trained in Greece and specialises in periodontology. This combination is rare to find in UK trained dentists. When I first saw him half a year ago, I had swollen gums, and he was extremely meticulous in carrying out a full periodontal charting. He took the time to explain everything clearly and was very patient in educating me about my condition and how to manage it. I felt listened to, well cared for, and confident in his expertise. An excellent dentist if you have gum or periodontal needs.

Such a rubbish place. The staff don’t know how to speak to people on the phone and don’t even know whether a patient is booked for an emergency or not. My friend was in severe toothache, in unbearable pain, and because he doesn’t speak much English, he was treated terribly. We were told to go back just because he was 10 minutes late, which was due to their own poor management. We travelled all the way from Sawston for this, completely wasting our time while someone was in serious pain. The customer service is shocking. I would give 0 stars if I could.
