From the very outset of the journey, the practice was professional, efficient and very friendly, putting my anxious daughter at ease. In particular Dr. Cat Anderson and team were outstanding in explaining every step of the braces process, executing intricate dental procedures and always treating my daughter with reassuring respect. I cannot recommend the Practice enough . The car park however is challenging.
We are at the beginning of my son’s brace journey but we both feel very prepared and well communicated with about our expectations. Katie was very thorough in preparing us for what is to come. Very happy parent.
Very impressed with this place so far. My son has had braces fitted today, all the preliminary appointments were efficient, and all staff have been kind, helpful and friendly. Everything has been explained really well to both of us. The self scan set up is fantastic, we have used this to scan at home today without issue, scan has been reviewed and commented on. We are both really happy with the service we are receiving from this company, would highly recommend.
I had a fantastic experience with Zara at Cambridge Orthodontics! She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout to start my son’s treatment. Her attention to detail and warm, friendly manner truly set her apart.
