Honestly the best dental practice. It’s always a pleasant experience, and I never thought I’d say that for a dentist. All the kit is high tech but the level of care and customer service are more than 5 stars. The team always explain what is happening, and make a future plan with you. I would recommend them to anyone. Brilliant!
I have never liked the dentist. But I strangely love the dentist now (I know, who says that. Lol)! My hygienist uses a water jet which makes the whole experience infinitely better. And the dentists are really person centred. Both taught me new skills for teeth care.
As a patient of this practice, I have never been more satisified than over recent years when I have received excellent care and treatment by Sheetal. She always takes great care to explain options and procedures for treatment options. Recent diagnosis and subsequent treatment for Disclusion Time Reduction (DTR) therapy proved to be highly successful. Indeed it is my understanding that she is one of only about six dental practioners who offer this treatment in the UK.
I came to Burwell Dental a couple of years ago to have my retainer reattached, and have been with the practice since! The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the practice is very much at the forefront of new developments within the field. On top of my regular maintenance treatments, for which I also highly recommend Burwell Dental, I've recently received one of the new treatments to improve my bite: DTR. I had some clenching and grinding issues, worn canines, and many tension headaches, as well as quite a few other issues I didn't realise I had until I sat down to list them. I was told…
