I am posting this for my daughter. Who attended. Her appointment time was changed 3 times by the practice. However other than this the reception staff were welcoming and lovely. Her dentist Maz is great. 5 stars. A lovely and very competent dentist who takes time to explain. The only gripe is the re arranging of appointments, it is very just frustrating to have keep re arranging your plans and this is not the first time this has happened.
As a new patient, I cannot compliment the team enough! Reception staff were friendly and efficient, and kept me and my wife updated about delays to our appointments. Maz, the dentist, was calm and friendly, explaining exactly what she was doing during our appointments. There were no shocks on fees and suggested treatments as these were clearly explained to us. Very happy with the service and experience.
A dentist is not my favourite place to visit but I have always found the staff at Apple Tree Dentistry to be efficient, professional and friendly. The clinic is bright and clean and the receptionists are helpful. Special thanks to my lovely dentist, Maria, and to her practice nurse. On my last visit I felt so relaxed, I was concerned that I might go to sleep. Hopefully, I didn't snore! Many thanks
