Patient reviews

I have been very pleased with the care I have received from this practice since moving to Buxton nearly 3 years ago. The receptionist are polite and helpful. Mr Palmer is very clear in his explanations and I feel well cared for in his experienced hands.
I’ve been using this dentist practise for the past 30+ years, since before Mr Palmer took charge of the practise. I have always received friendly professional service. The DenPlan service provided has served me well, & although this is more expensive than if I were to go to an NHS dentist, the care taken & service received is worth it. After all you only get one set of teeth
I didn't feel understood as a nervous patient and also neurodivergent. Which I clearly communicated to them. I felt like I was being told treatments that I didn't need, it was if I never wanted and as a nervous patient I don't want to hear what I don't need doing. Sadly still looking for a dentist that have a better understanding of anxiety around going to the dentist.
Come here regularly for my check ups and every time is hassle free and always offer me the best solution and guidance for my teeth. Joanne lamb who is my dental practitioner does a fantastic job at looking after my teeth and would highly recommend.
