The team at Broad walk are absolutely brilliant, Dr Williams was friendly, patient and explained every step of my treatment plan and walked me through the treatment as she was doing it, putting me completely at ease. Natasha the hygienist was lovely and went into detail on how to keep my teeth healthy including how to floss and what interdental brushes to use. The nursing and reception team were polite and helpful, I could not recommend the practice enough. The previous time I visited was in lockdown and the practice was brilliant then too. See you in 6 months 😁🦷
This practice is all an NHS dental practice should be. All the staff are polite and professional and you feel totally involved with the treatment that they suggest. I have been lucky enough to be registered with this practice since I moved to Buxton 15 years ago. Thank you everyone for your excellent service to our community.
Such a wonderful dentist practice all staff professional and helpful. Cannot thank Dr Ratcliffe and Dr Hannah enough for emergency treatment and subsequent extraction of my wisdom tooth. Each step fully explained to a nervous patient and undertaken with skill and professionalism. Thank you.
Had an appointment with a hygienist today, very professional, the lovely lady has provided me with great advice, explained what to do and not to do to keep my teeth and gums at their best. Great service as always.
