Attended a 2 pm appointment only to be told certain materials they needed for the planned procedure hadn't arrived in time. Made me wonder why they didn't phone me to cancel in the morning. It says patients have to give a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation on the printed appointment reminder slip which is then changed to minimum 48 hours notice on the SMS they send out.
I had to have a wisdom tooth removed. I was so nervous, but Dr Balaji was so calm and reassuring my nerves disappeared. I would recommend Dr Balaji to any of my friends and family
Been going there a few years now and unbelievable every time the staff are so friendly and welcoming can’t do enough to help nothing seems to be a problem. The dentist team brilliant too. I recommend anyone to go there especially if you have had a bad experience with other dentist you will see how it’s done right with this team .
Great service and support from Gallery Dental as always. Staff are friendly, helpful and informative and very patient centric. Highly recommend them for both routine work and implants
