Unfortunately, I cannot score zero. Around 6 weeks ago my father who is 84, in a care home in Buckingham is deaf and suffers from advanced dementia attended this practice. The dentist and nurse were impatient, rude, discourteous and treated him with disdain. He was unable to bite a plastic guard and found it uncomfortable, rather than recognising his needs they dismissed him and in some instances found it amusing. He was referred for an X-ray to Milton Keynes who thankfully were far more appreciative of his needs and treated him with respect. The x-ray revealed a cavity and the receptionist…
These don't deserve 1 star. Very rude reception definitely needs training on customer service skills get rid of all staff and start again
I have been with Bank Chambers dental practice for over 10 years now and in that time, they have always been a excellent practice. I have never really struggled to get an appointment that is convenient to me, they are always courteous and understanding of my dental needs and the premises has always been clean and tidy giving a pleasant environment to be. All the staff are wonderful, smart and friendly. My dentist Imran has always been very personable, professional and engaging, he takes time to fully explain things and I trust his advice, judgment and treatment. I have recommended this prac…
Wonderful Experience this afternoon. Emergency Appointment and Imran and the Dental Nurse made me feel at ease from the start as I’m 27 weeks pregnant. Excellent service, super friendly.
