I recently attended my NHS dental appointment and had a very positive experience From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was warm, welcoming, and very friendly. I was seen promptly, waiting less than five minutes before being called in. Jody and her associate (whose name I unfortunately can’t remember) were both excellent and made me feel completely at ease. Jody talked me through everything she was doing during the check-up and took the time to clearly explain how I can better care for my teeth. My first visit to this practice. Everyone was friendly and happy my dentist Jodi was very helpful. Unfortunately I knew I need a lot of serious work but a plan was put in place quickly and I should be able smile again soon. Although I don't have a fear of dentist I feel confident that anyone who does will feel comfortable here.
I had a great experience at this dental office. The staff was welcoming and professional from the moment I walked in. The dentist was very gentle, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. The clinic was clean and well-organized, and I truly felt cared for. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly dentist!
Excellent checkup at the surgery was pleased to have a repair filling to an excellent tooth that doctor Ka made previously. She is the best dentist I have had since a South African over 30 years ago.
