Catshill Dental Practice (Bromsgrove Surgery)

Very busy out of town surgery. Staff seem very friendly and efficient. All the usual services available, with slight emphasis on those that pay. NHS is a necessary part of the custom base. Not the best access for disabled patients there is a 200mm step at the door. If you phone ahead of arrival the web site states that a ramp is available, but I suspect this means it will be moved into position by one of the reception staff. Once inside there are several narrow doors adjacent to each other.

Receptionist is terrible at her job! What ever you do do NOT complain about the half hour wait! I did and said it was a joke. A week later I had a text message asking me not to return. After calling the practice manager it turns out the receptionist and dentist gave the practice manager false information about me which didn't help the situation. Practice manager couldn't care less about the patients and the way they are treated.

I’m writing with a heavy heart following a phone call I had today with a receptionist at the dental practice. I was taken aback and quite upset to be told that I had been removed from the patient list, especially as I had attended an appointment only a few months ago. While I understand I may have had to cancel a couple of appointments a few years back, I also recall one that was cancelled by the practice. Excellent surgery! An NHS Dentist is extremely difficult to find, let alone one with a friendly, welcoming and professional team. I recently visited the surgery with an on-going issue I had treated privately as an emergency, I was extremely nervous as I have had bad experiences elsewhere which has put me off going to the dentist, but I knew I needed to get this issue solved. I was instantly put at ease at this surgery.
