I absolutely hate going to the dentist, didn’t go for nearly 8 years but Zahra made me feel at ease from my very first appointment. Today I went back for a tooth extraction and both Zahra and Chloe were fab. I couldn’t fault them or the practice at all!
I have been Zahra's patient for four years and I have always had wonderful experiences. She is kind and attentive, and always explains the treatment you require thoroughly. She also gives fantastic aftercare advice. The nursing team are always wonderful, and the nurse I saw today, Holly, was very friendly and professional. I absolutely would recommend College Road Dental Practice - Zahra is a wonderful dentist, and the reception staff are always friendly, polite, and efficient.
I have never encountered a dentist like Zahra who appeared so astonishingly uninterested in the basic concept of patient care. She is rude, ditsy and away with the fairies. And thinks her overgrown childlike behaviour is acceptable in the real world- with the personality of a damp rag. The moment she walked into the room, the temperature dropped—not because she was professional, but because her presence radiated pure indifference.
