I cancelled my appointment on 22 January, five days before the scheduled date. I am still waiting for my refund. I have called three times. No one answers. No one calls back. There is no follow up. My appointments were always on time and I always had plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Dr. Nieves is extremely professional and truly knows what she’s doing.
