Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. Really helpful & friendly reception staff & quick to fit in emergency visits if needed or change appointments. Whole process was so smooth throughout with truly amazing results - my teen is so pleased with the results & so are we after experiencing such a supportive process. Just about to start treatment with my younger teen now & we all feel so confident second time around knowing how great the staff all are in Kingswood. Huge thank you to the whole team!
All three of my daughters have been seen at this Orthodontist practice after being referred by their dentist. I'm happy to report that all three have Hollywood smiles, and as a parent I couldn't be any happier with their treatment and the outcome. Today my youngest daughter made her last visit. As well as having a great dental team, the reception staff have always been super friendly and efficient. When I've sat in reception, they've greeted everone and dealt with any bookings efficiently. Thanks to everyone at this practice for their efforts, it has been a real pleasure!
So far so good 👍 Easy to find if you follow the sat nav which was a must for me as I don't know the area. Reception staff are really friendly and accommodating, practice staff are quick and efficient. Parking is non existent which is frustrating if you are only there for 10 minutes so plan for that. Definitely recommend 👌
I've had my braces for 2 years. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. The visits were always below 30 minutes and usually painless unless I had the change of my bands and wire which left it a little sore. Now I have my retainers fitted. They give you clear instructions and all the information you may need on paper. Overall a good experience.
