Shirehampton Dental Practice

I have been going to Shirehampton Dental Practice for a very long time. I find all the staff extremely helpful and polite. My Dentist retired and I now see Connie. She is always very welcoming and puts you at ease. As a dentist she is very gentle which is good if you are of a nervous disposition.

Moody dentists - The receptionist wasn’t overly welcoming or friendly when entering. Which doesn’t put your mind as ease when waiting. You get beep’d in that’s it off you go. If you’re already anxious not had a friendly welcome or anything that can be rather overwhelming. One of them when I was younger used to tell me how awful my teeth was every-time he saw me and how he can tell I ate too sugar without caring. Yet the dentist himself had discoloured teeth… (Like the Grinch) Within my time as being a kid going there to now. (I’m now 26) I’m petrified to go along that road let alone go in…

Dr Oliver is amazing, he's been my dentist since I was a child and he's so kind and patient. He doesn't make me nervous about going to the dentist despite my fears. The receptionists are always lovely and kind and often strike conversation. They all seem to know whose who without needing to announce it. Very organised, great place.

A few years ago I had a couple of procedures done, and everyone was super helpful, kind and friendly, it really helped me feel better about the whole experience, and feel better about going back.
