Emergency Treatment Got an appointment the next day. Calm surroundings when you enter, efficient reception staff, dentist and dental nurse put me at ease straight away. Efficient but friendly, making sure I did not have any pain and was aware of what was going to happen throughout. Thank you everyone!
Needed an emergency appointment as tooth pain and traveling with work in a few days time. Very easy to book online and I got a same day appointment. Very clear with the problem and hopefully resolved the issue with same day treatment. I grew up in Paulton and would never have said such a lovely, welcoming and clean dentist existed behind the facade but I was very wrong. Great service
Friendly and welcoming reception, and a dentist that explained everything to me.. couldn’t ask for more! I had an emergency appointment on the same day I booked that ended with an extraction.. as an anxiety sufferer I was very anxious but it was painless and fast.
Would like to thank everyone at the clinic. You were absolute legends in dealing with a real whimp of 58 year old, who now because of your team I can smile again, thank you from the bottom of my heart. For the whole team that made me feel reassured, and confident that I was going to be sorted, Would like to add that you show on the tv reel the team that treat you. But there is no introduction to the other part of the team, like the 2 lovely ladies on reception that show not only a professional, but calming from to your clinic. Thank you again.
