had such a wonderful experience at this dental practice and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Brittany, the practice manager, was amazing—she helped organise my appointments and was always so informative, professional, and helpful. She really made the whole process easy and stress-free. My dentist, Ric, was fantastic with my Angel Aligner treatment. He explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. Sophia, the dental nurse, was incredibly kind and caring, which really helped put me at ease. The practice itself is spotless, and the whole t…
Been a patient for far too many years to recall, but always had a very happy experience from efficient staff who have always accommodated my various accidents with teeth and dentures and come up with an effective and timely fix. Steve in particular is a very friendly and skilled dentist who has kept my mouth happy for a large number of years. They are a great team.
Really happy with my experience at Parrys Lane, my dentist Jane is really good and she explained everything to me. I couldn't even feel it when i had my injection! The reception team were all nice and helpful too, would recommend coming here!
I signed up with this practice, paid for an appointment today (fairly urgent as I'd had an emergency tooth extraction on the weekend and I needed to speak to a dentist about further extractions and the possibility of implants as well as just getting some antibiotics). I had a call yesterday cancelling the appointment. Needless to say that the 20-30k of treatment that I need will be going elsewhere. I appreciate people are sometimes ill, but should I really be left asking when they can fit me in? Not a good experience at all.
