Mydentist - Victoria Street - Staple Hill

I absolutely hate getting my teeth cleaned as I have such sensitive teeth and find it very uncomfortable. But yesterday saw Claire (we share a first name!) and it was the most comfortable experience I’ve ever had with a hygienist. Claire was so friendly and hand scaled my teeth (which I didn’t even know could be done) so it was virtually painless and she spent ages explaining how to clean my teeth even better, and gave me the tips on a card to take away. The dental assistant and the receptionist was also absolutely lovely. I hope Claire stays at this practice cause I will have no anxiety ab…

I have been coming here as a patient for over 2 years now and have always been pleased with the service and staff. Everyone from Reception, to Nurse to Dentist have always offered outstanding care and gives off a real family friendly environment. I look forward to my next appointment.

I recently had a root canal completed by dentist Amy Crothers. Throughout the whole process I was informed of what the options were for the tooth, the risks, costs and long term implications of each decision. Although I was initially nervous about the procedure, especially as it was over two 45 minute appointments a few weeks apart, the entire procedure ended up being practically painless making the overall experience a lot more relaxed than I was expecting.

Today was my first visit to mydentist in staple Hill. Experience with my previous dentist was not great - he judged my teeth and was generally very rude and pushy! This was not my experience today! The receptionist, practice manager, dentist and dental nurse were incredibly friendly and empathetic with the pain I was in. I was well cared for and have come away with a manageable plan to fix my smile!! At the age of 38 - this has been the best dentaI practice I have ever visited!
