Had my first appointment at this surgery this evening. After arriving at the surgery Sonia the receptionist was so lovely and went out of her way to make sure I was ok because of my mobility issues as unfortunately my dentist had to swap rooms so I had to go to an upstairs room which couldn't be helped. Phoebe the dentist was lovely, I was in a lot of pain but she was understanding and very kind. I don't normally leave reviews, I usually forget but I came away from this practice feeling very happy with how I'd been treated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family and friends.
My GP asked me to speak to a dentist for some issues and these guys were the closest to me who were accepting NHS patients. Lucky me as they literally booked me in for an appointment the same day for a few hours later, and the whole experience was incredibly easy from the reception to the kind doc. Would recommend to all!
Absolutely disgusted with my experience, the journey took over 90 mins due to extremely built up traffic. I arrived at my appointment 9 minutes late. The receptionist immediately states ‘she won’t see you’ ‘your more than 10 mins late’ ( though the clock behind her clearly showed I was 9 mins late) However I said ‘so 9 mins is the cut off and I can’t be seen?’ The receptionist gets up, starts to head to the stairs and turns back around sits down and says no she won’t see you now. Me and my family have been going to this dental practice for over 22yrs. The receptionists and dentists, that we have seen over the years, have all been very kind and caring. But I have got to make a special shout out to Ana, who did a deep clean on my teeth and gums today. I was ready for the pain, but no pain. She took her time and she was so gentle, I was amazed. I don’t normally write reviews, but this practice deserves all the praise. I am truly grateful to all who work in this practice. Thank you ❤️
