We visited Lime Tree Dental Practice for the first time yesterday with our two daughters (aged 3 and 6), and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, Anita on reception was absolutely brilliant. She was so friendly and welcoming, making jokes with the girls and instantly putting them at ease. She even let them play out in the stunning garden, which made the whole visit feel relaxed and enjoyable rather than daunting. My husband and I have been patients at Lime Street Dental Practice for the last 5 years, since arriving in Portishead from Wales, and during this time we have received nothing but kindness and care. I have recently had a root canal done by Lacie who was kind, gentle and reassuring, and together with her nurse I felt completely calm and stress free throughout. I trust Lacie completely in all aspects of my dental care. The reception team are always friendly and welcoming and I highly recommend this practice.
I have just completed Clear Correct Treatment at Lime Tree Dental practice and could not be happier with the results. Nick and the team have been absolutely brilliant showing great care, attention and professionalism. It took just under 12 months to completely transform my smile after years of being unhappy with it. I have had two sessions with Alice Hardy and believe me, I have a morbid fear of dentistry for almost 50 years However, her calm, reassuring and professional nature set me at ease and I can honestly say that i think my fear of dentists has passed. Both Alice and Nick are the best i have ever encountered. Also, the staff are also amazing and such a pleasure to deal with. I have booked for another check up in 6 months.
