Impress Bristol

I had my first visit at Impress in Bristol yesterday. Amazing experience. The dentist Sid was super informative, polite and welcoming. She made sure I felt comfortable and had a clear understanding of what to expect from my treatment. Dillon, at the reception, was also very nice and answered all my questions. I am looking forward to starting the treatment with them. Thank you very much :)

The staff were very welcoming and on time quick and happy to help. Sid ran me through my appointment; she was so friendly, which put me at ease, and she was very informative. I can see the potential of how my teeth could look. Overall, I highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I have still not received any further communication. In total, this process has now taken 15 weeks, which is entirely unacceptable. Your stated timeframe was 6–8 weeks, meaning the delay has extended to almost double what was promised.
