I had a fantastic experience at this dental practice! From the moment I walked in, the team were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome and at ease. Once in the surgery, the staff were knowledgeable, calm, and clearly very experienced. They took the time to explain everything and made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. Don’t bother registering with them. Just rubbish and they will deregister you without letting you know and charge you for private. Later also abuse you in the phone. All I asked is to make a complaint but the manager dint even bother to give the full email to complaint just threatened me that she will add a note against my family and disconnected the call

As others highlight, failure of practice manager to accept responsibility of staff, and access to complaints procedure restricted. Routine filling failed to be conducted in a safe and correct manner resulting in a period of extreme discomfort and distress. Failings of the dentist and issues raised regarding standard of work conducted by staff were completely ignored.
