I received extremely professional and thoughtful care here, and I am very satisfied with the results of my orthodontic treatment. The doctors were patient, attentive and always tried to meet my expectations for my teeth. During the consultation, the orthodontist recommended the most suitable treatment plan based on my needs - not simply the most expensive option. I truly appreciate the dedication. Highly recommended.
I have contacted Clifton Orthodontics on two occasions now to ask if I can arrange an appointment to have a new retainer made for me yet they have completely ignored both e-mails. If you want to pride yourself as being a reputable company then I would suggest starting with replying to customers enquiries.
I have been visiting Dr. Toner's practice for over 3 years when l had my braces. Although l moved from Bath to Scotland l made the right decision in keeping Dr Toner as my Orthodontist. The trips from Glasgow to Bristol every 8 weeks were well worth it. I received excellent treatment from Maria, Joanna, Richard, Chloe and the team at every encounter. Sometimes my plane was delayed and they made the effort to accommodate me if l could not reach the practice on time.
