As a patient for over 40 years my family & I have received exceptional care & treatment from several Dentists & receptionists, at Bupa branch Whitchurch I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Racheal Hill for her professionalism,talent & experience within cosmetic Dentistry. I’ve been poorly for several years and 10 months late for my hygienist Kelly . Wasn’t in a good place ce and feeling very low and anxious because I was well overdue. She was marvellous , didn’t rush me , asked how I was . I’ve been her patient for many years . I was very low but between her and her assistant she was very gentle . A good experience and definitely turned my frown upside down . They were wonderful . Thankyou . Please let there bosses know she is valued

My children have been seeing Rachel at the practice for several years now. My son has autism and Rachel is excellent at keeping him calm and taking her time to ensure that he is comfortable with his dental check ups. I cannot recommend her enough. Her patience is endless and her manner professional but caring. High recommended - she takes the stress out of what can be a very stressful situation! Thank you!!

Got my daughter in for an urgent appt and then received a call back 5 days later to check how she was. Such a lovely thing to do and gives that extra customer experience. Super happy to know my children are in good hands!!
