Bupa Dental Care St George

I had a dental checkup with SungEun Kwak, this was my first one in a few years due to regular relocation. Sungeun was very nice to talk to and made me feel comfortable during my appointment. She also took the time to answer my questions and explain how to keep my teeth healthy. The interactions I had with reception both over the phone and in person were also very helpful. Would definitely recommend and I will be booking here again for my next checkup.

I am deeply disappointed with the decline in care at this practice. I have been a patient here for years and previously had excellent results because my former dentist actually prioritized my gum health. She took the time to perform thorough, effective deep cleans that kept my gum disease under control. Unfortunately, my current dentist, [Ronnie Bindra], seems to have no interest in providing the same level of NHS care. I visited this dental clinic for the first time. The team were welcoming and supportive. They had good listening skills and were very thorough when completing their dental examination. The clinic is large and has a peaceful atmosphere. The administration team explained carefully what treatments they offer and assisted me carefully to complete paperwork.
