I wouldn't usually post a negative review but feel I need to now. I am an NHS patient and never had problems until the last 3-4 check-ups. My dentist, Ruxandra Boboc, never runs on time. I accept that some patients need a longer appointment and she may run over but yesterday I was left waiting for half an hour over my scheduled appointment. I had no explanation or apology, she was still taking x-rays when I left. Again been to this practice for a maintenance hygiene appointment with Sophie Baker. My periodontal disease has only ever been stable since seeing Sophie regularly at bupa. I love this practice as all support staff are friendly and the practice is extremely clean. Highly recommend this practice and Sophie.

Every time I attend an appointment it is a different dentist who seems to be a trainee. The check up literally lasted no longer than 2 minutes at the most, no explanation of the treatment recommended or how it will work and no x- rays as apparently they're not needed, even though I attended a year and 4 months ago.
