I have been so impressed with our visits to Bupa Dental care on Gloucester Rd for my whole family. The receptionists are always friendly and efficient and the appointments always run to time. Sushma Pandey has given such wonderful care to my son who has complex needs. She is amazingly patient with him, and makes going to the dentist fun. Her ability to adapt to a child who struggles to follow instructions is brilliant and I'm amazed that she's able to check all his teeth!
I recently had a root canal at Bupa Dental Care. The dentist Sohail Rauf who performed my treatment was amazing. I was worried about the treatment but he explained every step and had a professional approached. I’m so pleased with the work that’s been done and will 100% returning to Sohail.
I had such a bad experience last time (with Sushma), that I was very worried coming back for a second time for my hygiene appointment HOWEVER this time it was Claire and she was amazing. Claire is calm, friendly and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. Claire ensures you understand the process and gives you top tips in a very friendly manner. This is my first positive experience at this Dentist and I will now only be booking with Claire!
Claire is a fantastic hygienist, I always thoroughly enjoy our appointments. She makes you feel very welcome, relaxed and in excellent care!
