Went for a routine check up. Staff friendly and helpful. Mr House had a lovely calm nature and was great at reassuring me over concerns I had regarding my teeth. Great experience and would recommend this dental surgery.
Have been using Apple for 25 years as an NHS patiient, has been great, but just been informed I have been booted from their NHS books as Mr House now wants more private spaces. No letter of explanation, no word from the dentist or honoring of the booking I had made. Just that you are out and now on an NHS waiting list.
Meltem was welcoming and courteous. She took x-rays and gave feedback on them. She gave helpful advice regarding care of teeth. Very satisfactory.
Excellent service from the dentist I saw (Meltem). Treated me with the utmost care and was sensitive throughout. I've seen 2 other dentists at this practice but this is the best one so far.
