I'm not happy with this NHS mydentist clinic. I used to go to this clinic for free, but they discharged me because I couldn't keep an appointment once for a serious reason. Now I go to this clinic for private care. I'm a single mother raising a disabled child. I waited for years to be put back on the waiting list, but they never put me on the free waiting list again. A filling chipped in my tooth. I felt really bad in my mouth, and my tongue was pricking against the tooth. I made an appointment and paid in advance. Been going to this dentist since it opened, tried to get an appointment to remove a loose very painful tooth only to be told I’ve been struck off because I haven’t been for over 2 years, just think of all those appointments I haven’t needlessly used and freed up for people that needed them. Wanted to charge £135 which I haven’t got due to being on SSP due to serious long term illnesses. on blood thinners so got the risk of bleeding if it comes out Paid tax and NI for 40yrs how many people on your books can say that ? Can't thank Esmea and Frankie enough for all the hard work they have put in with my partner. Esmea has the patients of a saint! Over the last 7+ months they've managed to get my partner from not even opening his mouth, to now having a full set of teeth, which if I'm honest I didn't think would ever happen. Phoned practice at 10am on a Friday morning after toothache was getting worse. Receptionist took details and said she would get back to me. Received a call back about 20 minutes asking if I could make 4pm and they would squeeze me in WOW. I then received a call at approximately 12.15pm saying they had a cancellation and could I make it down now. Arrived about 12.45 and straight in and sorted. Den was absolutely first class as always but the whole team went over and above and I am now free of pain for the weekend. Thank You
