My partner was in unbearable pain and needed an urgent extraction. He broke his leg when he was six years old and the level of pain was at the same level. 111 were brilliant to him and managed to get him an urgent appointment on a bank holiday to sort his ordeal. This dentist was one of the best dental surgeries I have ever been to. Compassionate, kind, professional. The practice is very clean. The lady on reception was lovely. Yet, to my relief and satisfaction, the experience is deserving of a resounding 5-star review due to the exceptional care and professionalism displayed by the staff. Had my first ever tooth pulled today. I was very nervous which I explained to the nurses and I was blown away by the support and the comfort that I was shown by the team! From reception to having the OP absolutely amazing vibes all round and the nurses made me feel really at home. Some very very lovely people work in there, who all went above and beyond to make sure I was feeling okay! Thanks again for making everything seem so fine and easy! Big love
